1、Pay attention to oral hygiene, form the good habits of brushing your teeth in the morning and evening, and remember to gargle after eating .
2、The correct method of brushing is the vertical brush.Avoid transverse brush of “the seesaw ”, and the vertical brushing way is to brush upper tooth from upper to inferior while to brush the inferior teeth from inferior to upper and brush back and forth in the chewing side so that you can brush your teeth everywhere and it takes 3 minutes each time.
3、 Choose the health-care tooth with small brushing head and soft brushing wool, and keep the toothbrush head up after brushing your teeth, also keep it in the ventilated dry place. Because bacteria are easily grown in toothbrushes, generally a toothbrush can only be used for 6 months,and the new toothbrush shall be swapped after illness.
4、Do not eat snacks before bedtime, and remember to brush your teeth
after having the dessert.
5、Teach children not to eclipse, chew on a certain side,or bite fingers and pencils, eat more vegetable and other crude fiber food. The enhancement of masticatory capability is beneficial to the normal development of dental jaw system and reduces tooth disease.
6、 Take regular oral examination in Regular hospitals, preferably once 6 months or a year.
